Using the website
This website presents services and provides a way to contact ORYNDEX. It is not an online checkout for purchasing services. Sending an enquiry does not create a contract or commit either party to a project.
Proposals and engagements
Scope, deliverables, fees, timing, payments, support and usage rights are agreed in a separate written proposal or contract. Examples on service pages explain possible applications; they are not automatically included features or claims that we have delivered those projects for clients.
Information and results
We aim to keep information clear and current. Each project is assessed individually. We do not guarantee search rankings, mentions by AI tools, sales volumes or advertising performance. Third-party decisions and services can affect outcomes.
Content rights
Design, copy, branding, code and artwork are used under the relevant rights or licences. Personal browsing and sharing links are permitted. Republishing or commercially exploiting protected content requires permission unless the law provides otherwise. Third-party marks and rights remain with their owners.
Misuse and security
