WooCommerce stores

Sell online and manage products and orders in WordPress.

What we do for you

WooCommerce adds an online store to WordPress. We set up products, sizes or colours, payment methods, shipping rules and order emails. We also design the store and show your team how to use it.

A practical example

You can add a product, change its price, check stock and follow an order from purchase to dispatch. Connections to couriers or invoicing tools are assessed separately.

When it is useful

Suitable when familiar store features meet your needs and you want a manageable platform. Extensions, hosting and payment-provider fees are separate costs where applicable.

What we can take care of.

01

Store design and product templates

02

WooCommerce configuration

03

Payments and shipping connections

04

Order management and handover

The specific deliverables are confirmed in your project proposal.

From conversation to delivery.

01

Start with the right questions.

We define your audience, priorities and practical requirements before proposing a solution.

02

Bring the right pieces together.

Design and development move together, with clear milestones and feedback throughout the work.

03

Launch with a plan for what follows.

We test before launch and agree how support, measurement and future improvements will be handled.

Your questions. Clear answers.

Can an existing store be migrated?

We can assess migration of products, customers and orders. The plan includes data mapping, backups and URL redirects where required; the exact scope depends on the source platform.

How are cost and timing defined?

After an initial discussion, we define priorities, deliverables, dependencies and approvals. The proposal sets out the scope, stages and fee before work begins.

Can you work with our existing team?

Yes. We agree roles, system access and communication so responsibilities and coordination are clear.

What do you need to get started?

A description of your goal, the tools you use and the main constraints. You do not need a finished technical specification.

Can products be imported from a spreadsheet?

WooCommerce includes a product CSV importer and exporter. The file must follow supported fields and formats. Complex product types or data outside the standard schema may need extra mapping or tooling.

Can the store manage product variations?

Yes. We can organise attributes and variations such as size or colour. We review how stock, images and pricing differ between variations before importing or creating the catalog.

Can WooCommerce connect to an ERP?

This depends on the ERP interfaces and the available connector or custom integration. We check product identifiers, stock ownership and order synchronisation before recommending a solution.

What affects the speed of the store?

Hosting, page design, product queries, images and extensions all contribute. We investigate the actual slow journeys and address the bottlenecks instead of treating one optimisation plugin as a complete solution.
