Service 02

Grow

Grow is the continuation of the build, not a separate campaign shop. Work on getting the product in front of the people it was built for — in search engines and in the AI assistants that increasingly answer instead of them.

Service 02·SEO, AI search visibility, Google Ads, and social media advertising.

Most growth work is sold in isolation — an agency that never opened the codebase, running ads against a product it doesn't understand. The gap between what the ads promise and what the product delivers is where budgets go to die.

Grow exists because the studio already knows the product: how it's built, what it does well, and who it's actually for. Strategy, search, and paid work follow from that — not from a generic playbook.

Search itself is changing. A growing share of questions never reach a results page at all: they are answered inside ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, and Google's AI Overviews, where there are no ten blue links — only the handful of sources the model chose to trust. Being legible to those systems is part of the work now, not a separate trend to bolt on later.

What's included

The work, in full

Growth strategy

Which channel to prioritise, what to test first, and what not to spend on yet — a plan, not a retainer sold on faith. Everything below follows from this.

Search (SEO)

Technical SEO, site architecture, and content grounded in what the product actually does — not keyword stuffing. The foundation the AI layer reads from too.

AI search visibility (GEO)

Generative engine optimisation: structured data, an llms.txt brief, and clear quotable answers, so ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, and Google's AI Overviews can find your product, describe it correctly, and cite it. New enough that most competitors haven't started.

Google Ads

Search and shopping campaigns built around real conversion paths in the product, not a landing page bolted on afterward.

Social media ads

Paid social across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn — wherever the audience actually is. Creative built on the same brand and product understanding as the build itself, so it looks like it belongs.

Analytics & attribution

Conversion tracking wired into the product from day one, so growth spend is measured against what actually happens after the click.

Reporting, plainly

Numbers that mean something, on a schedule you can actually use — not a dashboard nobody opens.

How it works

The process, step by step

  1. 01

    Baseline

A short audit of what's already working, what isn't, and where the biggest lever is — including what the AI assistants currently say about you, which is often nothing, or wrong.

  2. 02

    Plan

A written growth plan: channels, budget shape, and what success looks like in 90 days.

  3. 03

    Run

Campaigns and SEO work launched, measured, and iterated on a fixed cadence — not fire-and-forget.

  4. 04

    Review

A regular readout: what worked, what didn't, and what changes next. No vanity metrics.

Pricing

What it costs

Ongoing growth engagements are scoped around ad spend and channel mix — sized to the product, not sold as a fixed package. Media budget is yours and paid to the platforms directly; the studio's fee is separate and stated up front.

Search and AI visibility work can also be taken on its own, as a fixed-scope project: the audit, the technical fixes, the structured data, and the content that follows from them.

Existing build clients get priority and a head start: the studio already knows the product before the first campaign goes live.

Questions

Grow, in plain terms.

What is AI SEO?
AI SEO — also called generative engine optimisation (GEO) or answer engine optimisation (AEO) — is the work of making a business findable and correctly described inside AI assistants rather than only in traditional search results. When someone asks ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, or Google's AI Overviews for a recommendation, the answer is assembled from a handful of sources the model trusts. AI SEO is about being one of them, and about being described accurately when you are.
How do you get a business mentioned in ChatGPT or Perplexity?
By making the site legible to machines as well as people: structured data that states plainly what the business offers, an llms.txt brief that summarises it for language models, crawler access for the assistant bots, and content written as clear self-contained answers rather than marketing prose. Nobody controls what a model chooses to cite, and anyone promising a guaranteed placement is selling something. What this work does is make a business easy to find, easy to understand, and easy to quote correctly.
Is traditional SEO still worth doing?
Yes — and it is the foundation the AI layer reads from. Assistants and AI Overviews are largely drawing on the same crawled, indexed web, so technical health, site architecture, and genuinely useful content still decide whether you are visible. AI search doesn't replace SEO; it raises the cost of doing it badly.
Which advertising channels do you run?
Google Ads for search and shopping, and social media ads across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and wherever else the audience actually is. Channel choice comes out of the strategy work rather than being decided in advance, and conversion tracking is wired into the product so spend is measured against what happens after the click.
Can you do growth work on a product you didn't build?
Yes. Existing build clients get a head start, because the studio already knows the product before the first campaign goes live, but growth and AI visibility work are taken on independently too. Search and AI visibility can also be scoped as a standalone project rather than an ongoing retainer.

Built something worth growing? Let's find out where the demand already is — and what the assistants say about you today.
