This website (oryndex.com) is operated by ORYNDEX, a boutique digital studio, which is responsible for its content. ORYNDEX is a trading name; the registered details required by Greek Presidential Decree 131/2003, implementing the E-Commerce Directive 2000/31/EC, are:

2. What this site is

This site describes the studio and the work it does across three areas — Build, Grow, and Automate — publishes case studies of client engagements, and publishes editorial articles in the Notes section.

It is a presentation of the studio, not a shop. Nothing here is an offer capable of acceptance, no price is quoted or implied, and no part of this site creates an obligation on either side. Work is governed solely by the written agreement made for each engagement.

3. Data protection

How we handle personal data is set out in full in our Privacy Policy, and the cookies and similar technologies used here are described in our Cookie Policy. Both form part of this notice, and both are binding on us.

4. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, the Double Ring mark, the wordmark, the interface designs, the diagrams and figures in the Notes section, and the arrangement and selection of it all — is the property of ORYNDEX unless stated otherwise, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual-property rights.

You may read, quote briefly with attribution and a link, and share links to this site. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, or adapt substantial parts of it, or use it to train a commercial model, without written permission. Permission is usually given when asked; it is rarely given when it is not.

Client names, brands, and websites referenced in the case studies remain the property of their respective owners and are shown to identify work carried out by the studio. No endorsement by those businesses is implied beyond that. If you own one of those marks and would prefer the reference removed, write to us and we will remove it.

5. Third-party names and marks

Google, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Google Tag Manager are trademarks of Google LLC. Meta and Facebook are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc. Cloudflare and Turnstile are trademarks of Cloudflare, Inc. Vercel is a trademark of Vercel, Inc. Supabase is a trademark of Supabase, Inc. Resend is a trademark of Resend, Inc.

They are named here and in our Privacy Policy for accuracy about which services this site uses. Naming them implies no affiliation with, sponsorship by, or endorsement from any of them.

6. Case studies and published work

Case studies describe work the studio actually carried out, published with the client's agreement. They describe what was done and how; they do not present performance figures, and no result described should be read as a promise that the same result is available to anyone else.

Every engagement differs in market, budget, timing, and starting point. Past work is evidence of capability, not a forecast.

7. Editorial content in Notes

Articles in the Notes section are general information about how digital products, search, and automation work. They are written carefully and revised when they turn out to be wrong, but they are not professional, legal, financial, or tax advice, and they are not a substitute for advice about your own situation.

Where an article cites a figure, a study, or a platform behaviour, the source is named and linked so you can check it yourself. Those sources are the responsibility of their authors, not ours. Search engines, AI assistants, and advertising platforms change how they work without notice, so an article that is accurate on the day it is published may not stay accurate; the publication date on each article is there for exactly that reason.

Nothing in these articles is a guarantee of any ranking, visibility, citation, or commercial outcome. Nobody can honestly offer such a guarantee, and we do not.

8. Availability and no warranty

We take care to keep this site accurate, current, and available, but we do not warrant that every detail is complete, current, or free of error at all times, nor that the site will be uninterrupted. Features that depend on third-party services — email delivery, bot protection — can be unavailable for reasons outside our control. If the contact form fails, the studio email address is on every page, and a message sent that way reaches us just the same.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we accept no liability for decisions taken solely on the basis of this site, or for loss arising from its temporary unavailability. Nothing in this notice excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded, and nothing here affects the statutory rights of consumers.

9. External links

Where this site links to external websites — sources cited in an article, or a provider's own policy — their content is the responsibility of their operators. We check links when we place them, but we do not control where they lead afterwards, and we take no responsibility for external content.

If you find a link here that has gone somewhere it should not, tell us and we will correct or remove it.

10. Accessibility

This site is built to be usable with a keyboard alone, to respect the reduced-motion preference set in your operating system, to keep text legible at the contrast levels the WCAG recommends, and to work with a screen reader — including the diagrams in the Notes section, each of which carries a full text description rather than being an image with no words in it.

If any part of this site is difficult for you to use, that is a fault worth fixing. Write to studio@oryndex.com and describe what happened; we will treat it as a bug, not as feedback.

11. Governing law and disputes

This notice and any use of this website are governed by Greek law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence. The courts of Kos, Greece have jurisdiction, so far as the law permits — and where you are a consumer, nothing here removes your right to bring proceedings in the courts of your own country.

For consumers in the EU, the European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged, and are generally not willing, to take part in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board — which does not stop you writing to us first, and we would rather you did.

We may update this notice as the studio and the law evolve. The current version is always the one published here, with the date below.
